Sagittarius

SagittariusDear Sagittarius,

If you haven’t read it yet, you might want to check out my article on Sun Signs in general before you read the article below.

In the northern hemisphere, after the world becomes dark in Scorpio, the time comes to light as many lights as you can.

You do that Sagittarius. Driven by your grasp of the big picture, you can’t help but see yourself as the righteous hero. You like to be a dramatic prophet that declares the iniquities around you. It’s equally true that you like guessing correctly how the wind is blowing and where it’s going. You can spot a trend better than any other sign.

Because Sagittarius is also a mutable sign, you are more sensitive than you appear and are adaptation-oriented for all your pronouncements.  You relate to life through the development of your own system that judges right and wrong and the promotion of it to others.

The virtue you are developing in this life is Truthfulness and the capital T is necessary: you are seeking the largest truths about life without being judgemental of others or becoming a zealot. You do need to share them also. You are an optimistic presence usually with stories to tell about your adventures. You don’t like being fenced in and value your personal liberty. When you are willing, your presence is a mentoring and guiding influence.

Sagittarians often tell me how important luck has been in both protecting themselves and advancing in life. Somehow, you find yourself in the right place at the right time. When you are wise Sagittarius, you open yourself to life’s endless possibilities and bound off to some new quest that’s worthy of your time and attention.

Sagittarius archetypes include:

  • The Judge
  • The Professor
  • The Explorer
  • The Gambler

Proper care and feeding of your Sun sign means:

  • Living as broad a life as you can: go to school and travel
  • Seeking opportunities to learn as much as you can from others
  • Learning how to appropriately pass your wisdom to others in a way they can appreciate and use it.
  • Take a positive stance about yourself and others rather than embracing blame

Love,

Michael
